We always want you to be happy
with our jewelry. If for any reason you aren’t, please
return it within 5 business days to Margaret Ellis, 209 10th
Ave South, Suite 309, Nashville, TN 37203 and a credit will
be issued. If you receive damaged merchandise, also return
it immediately for replacement or repair. Should you need
a repair at some point after purchase, call 615-255-3255 and
let us know.
We use Paypal for all our Online
Store transactions, a safe way to pay online. However, if
you feel more comfortable, you can also call us at 615-255-3255
with your credit card information, or call and arrange to
mail us a check. We take MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
There is no charge for shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) from our
Online Store anywhere in the US, and we pay insurance and any sales taxes that
might apply. We never share your information with anyone.
We ship each piece in a flannel
bag and gift-wrapped, with an informational brochure about
us. Because buying fine, hand-crafted jewelry is such a personal
experience, we are happy to talk with you and answer any questions
you might have about your selection.

Because our work is made by
hand, each piece is unique, and there may be slight
variations from piece to piece. We use natural cultured pearls,
which also can have slight variations in surface and size.
The measurements stated in the descriptions are from top to
bottom, and width is measured at the widest point.
Because each piece is custom-made,
your purchase will usually arrive within two weeks of ordering.
